These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HalloCall’s website, applications, and related digital services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy
- Scope and Acceptance These Terms apply to all services provided by HalloCall, owned and operated by SwiftReload Inc, a company incorporated in Canada. By using HalloCall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Any variation or amendment is valid only if explicitly approved in writing by SwiftReload Inc.
- Description of Services HalloCall distributes prepaid eSIM plans that provide mobile data and, in some cases, voice and SMS functionality. Certain plans may include a temporary or dedicated number for voice/SMS during the plan’s active period. Network quality, data allowance, and regional availability depend entirely on the issuing carrier. HalloCall functions solely as a digital reseller and distributor, not as a telecommunications carrier. All plans are prepaid and non-contractual.
- Account Access and Authentication You may access HalloCall by creating an account using your email address and setting a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. HalloCall and SwiftReload Inc are not liable for unauthorized access, password loss, or account misuse. Users are encouraged to enable additional security measures (e.g., device-level authentication) to protect their accounts.
- Device Compatibility Before purchasing, you must ensure that your device:
- Supports eSIM functionality,
- Is unlocked (not carrier-restricted), and
- Operates on compatible network bands for the selected region or carrier. Refunds will not be issued for incompatible or locked devices. You can verify compatibility at https://hallocall.com/compatibility before purchase.
- Purchase, Activation, and Renewal After purchase:
• Your eSIM profile is delivered electronically (via QR code or activation link).
• You are responsible for activating it on your compatible device.
• Plan validity starts upon activation or first network connection, depending on carrier policy.
Voice/SMS Plans: A temporary number may be assigned for the plan’s duration. The number expires after the plan’s validity and cannot be reused or transferred.
Plan Renewal / Extension: Some HalloCall plans may be renewed or extended by topping up with the same amount as the original plan. Renewal extends the existing eSIM’s validity and usage limits (subject to carrier support). Each renewal is treated as a new prepaid transaction, governed by these same Terms. - Payment Terms Accepted payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards and Local Payment Options (via Stripe)
• Crypto Payments (via TripleA) All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. HalloCall does not store card, crypto wallet, or payment credentials. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and processing fees are displayed at checkout. - Refund Policy Refunds follow HalloCall’s official Refund Policy (https://hallocall.com/refundpolicy).
Summary: – eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered or activated. – Refunds may be issued only if the eSIM remains unused and meets the criteria outlined in the Refund Policy. – No refunds for incompatible devices, wrong region selection, expired plans, or user errors. – Voice/SMS plans become non-refundable once the number is provisioned. - Acceptable Use You agree not to:
• Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
• Manipulate, resell, or redistribute eSIMs without written authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt HalloCall’s platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. - Service Limitations and Disclaimers Coverage and performance depend entirely on third-party carrier networks and roaming partners. Voice and SMS services, where available, are subject to the carrier’s infrastructure. HalloCall provides all services “as is,” without any warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted connectivity. HalloCall is not liable for network outages, roaming restrictions, or carrier-level issues beyond its control.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: SwiftReload Inc and HalloCall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid for the affected eSIM plan.
- Intellectual Property All content, software, logos, and trademarks on HalloCall are owned by SwiftReload Inc or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any material without written permission.
- Changes to Terms HalloCall may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://hallocall.com/terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after an update signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
